Perhaps one of the more bizarre looking fruits in the world, Buddha’s Hand is in the citrus family and is also known as fingered citron. Brewmaster Eric Johnson, never content, just had to make a beer with it. Buddha Take the Wheel is a pale ale with notes of lemon, rose water and toasty biscuit featuring hand-zested Buddha’s Hand and a return of Experimental Hop #472 from our Next Big Thing IPA series.

Taps clear amber with a good, fine-bubbled parchment head. Aroma features stone fruit, fresh malt and fresh herbs. Flavor provides sweet and tangy peach and pear, fresh herbs, raw malt, subtle resiny hops. Texture yields decent body and lively fizz. Praise Buddha!
