Pours a clear amber, with a tight thin head. Lovely fresh cereal nose (reminding me of it's counterpart at Redoak). Dominant citrus flavour - grapefruit. Cascade being used, which is unusual for style. More like a cask-conditioned APA than EPA. A good drop, with a good bitter finish.
