The Story... We were challenged recently, to make a keto friendly beer. Keto is focused on fewer carbs, which can present a challenge for us brewers... but we love a challenge! So not just a 3% ultra light beer, with lower cals - an actual lighter carb beer ~3g. The Beer... We did some research, and found we could use the same ingredients, but use a different brewing process, allowing us to brew a beer that is lower in carbs, but still have great super clean and refreshing Simcoe hopped APA. Won’t fill you up or slow you down!
