500 ml flip-top bottle. Poured in the original Weyermann shaker pint glass an unfiltered slight hazy beautiful golden orange colored beer with a generous two fingers white creamy foamy head that had a good retention. Soft carbonation. Great lacing. The aroma is sourish malt, notes of honey. The flavour is a pronounced sourness, spicy, peppery and a honey sweetness which tries, without success, to emerge. The mouthfeel is creamy and quite watery. This light to medium bodied beer has a dry sour finish. Is the tastted bottle an accident ( infection ) or not ? I don't know but I am disappointed.
