500 ml flip-top bottle, bottled on 08/04/2010. Poured in the original Weyermann shaker pint glass an unfiltered hazy copper-brown colored Bock wit a generous two fingers slight beige creamy foamy head that had a huge retention and tons of micro bubbles. Soft carbonation. Great lacing. The aroma is solid sweety malts, caramel, juicy fruits, oranges and a sourish sensation. The flavour is caramel malts, spicy, a lot of licorice, molasses, fruity, strawberries (!). The mouthfeel is creamy and fizzy. This medium to full bodied Bock has a long spicy ( licorice ) finish and an undeniable warming effect. Not so achieved as expected.
