500 ml swing-top bottle bought at the brewery. Poured in the original Weyermann vase an unfiltered cloudy rich golden-amber coloured Rye Beer with a small one finger beige foamy head that had a short retention and a lot of micro bubbles. Active carbonation. No lacing. The aroma is grainy malts, sourish fruits, apples and hay. The flavour is grainy malts, sourish green apples peels. The mouthfeel is fizzy. This light bodied Rye Beer has a dry sourish fruits finish. Very refreshing and offering nice flavoured sensations for a only 3.1 % ABV.
