Aroma: 10 | Appearance: 6 | Mouthfeel: 8 | Flavor: 9 | Overall: 8
500 ml swing-top bottle bought at the " Manufaktur ".Poured in the original Weyermann glass an unfiltered cloudy amber-orange coloured Rye beer with a huge three fingers slightly beige pillowy foamy head that had no end and tons of micro bubbles. Active carbonation. Good lacing. The aroma is grainy malts, faint floral hops, sourish fruity notes, oranges, grapefruits, citrus. The flavour is a very present floral hoppy bitterness, grainy malts and flowery, roses, violet. The mouthfeel is crispy and thick. This medium to full bodied Rye beer has a long hoppy bitter finish. Another very tasting and pleasant brew from the Weyermann Braumanufaktur. No characteristic of a Bohemian Pilsener.
