Draught. Colour - cloudy orange-gold colour with a thin white cap which lingers, lacing is decent considering how small the cap was. Aroma - light hints of papaya and mango, sweet caramel, light pine notes. Mouthfeel - light to medium bodied, well carbonated, but thin for an IPA. Flavour - sweet caramel, light fruit, and a citrusy hop finish.

Cloudy caramel-amber colour with a smaller warm cap, quick enough going, leaving some decent lace. Fruity malt nose with green grassy hops, caramel, nuttiness and dates. The taste shows some bitterness, but with some hints of wax, fruity malts and the wax I cannot get over. Something off. Bugging me. Not gross overall, but not one I would have again.

On tap @ Imbibe – Pours an orangey-gold, lightly hazed, with a 1 finger tight-pored white cap. Aroma is not really as in your face as you would expect from an AIPA but pleasant enough with some citrus, fruits and a caramel malt base. Med to light bodies with a sandy mouth feel, mild carbonation. Flavour is rather common – fair hop-malt balance , some citrus and pine, a little malt sweetness, mildly bitter in the finish. Clean and flavourful but I agree with other observers that there is just something missing that would put this over the top to be a really decent AIPA – for me it was weak mouth feel, restrained hopping and a fluid body which held back giving this top marks.
