We brewed this classic porter recipe with cocoa husks added directly to the mash. This medium-bodied porter balances dark cocoa and roasted malt flavours with a notably dry finish. This delicious porter is sure to make you go cuckoo for cocoa husks!

Last one from their 4-pack Rebooted Vol.2. Pours a dark brown colour with a fizzy deep brown head that dissipates quickly leaving nothing but the brew. Chocolate notes in the nose with roasted malts and something quite different. Almost like soy sauce. This transfers a little to the taste, but not as much. More like roasted malts mostly with hints cocoa. Some decent hops in the finish. Flat-ish, not really appealing for the style.
