A light brownish-amber colored beer with a three fingered off-white head. Not much hang time on the head. A very thin ringlet is left. The nose is thick malty caramel with light toffee notes. The taste us bready and bg grassy hops presence. An earthy bitterness hits at the end. A thick body with a sweet finish.

Sampled on 11/27.2009. This marzen pours a light to medium copper brown color from a 50cl swingtop. Small to medium sized white foamy head. The aroma is caramel and malty, fruity and sweet. A medium bodied marzen. The malts are caramel, fruity and sweet. The hops are earthy and floral. Nice balance. Smooth taste. Good carbonation. A touch of a dry finish. Very drinkable. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and dry. Aftertaste is sweet.

This Marzen pours a medium amber color from a 50cl flip top bottle. Small to medium sized white foamy head. The aroma is caramel and bready, with a touch of floral hops. Medium bodied Marzen. The malts are caramel and sweet. The hops are slightly floral. Perhaps a touch thin tasting. Carbonation is lively but kind of full in the mouth. Nice balance. Mouthfeel is full. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly sweet.
