500ml swing-top bottle. Poured in the original Weiherer Bavarian Seidla an unfiltered and hazy golden-orange coloured Heller Bock with a three fingers light beige,dense and creamy pillowy foamy head that had a very long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Sustained carbonation. Great lacing. The aroma is intense light toasted malts, caramel, bread, notes of honey, moderate grassy hops. The flavour is sweety malts, dried fruits, walnuts and grassy hops bitter, hints of alcohol. The mouthfeel is light crispy, fulled and a bit sticky. This medium to full bodied Heller Bock has a long solid malty and dried fruits finish. A well balanced oberfränkischer Bock. Good job !

Bottled. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is sweet malts as well as some slight honeylike sweetness. Flavour is the same along with some hay and grassy notes. Quite wellbalanced.
