500 ml capped bottle, bought at the brewery, as a 5.0 % ABV. Poured in the original Wagner Bavarian Seidel a gushing and light hazy golden-orange coloured Festbier with a generous two fingers slightly beige and dense foamy head that had a very long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Sustained carbonation. Good lacing. The aroma is sweety malts, faint grassy hops, a touch of sourness, notes of honey and a late straw-hay feeling. The flavour is moderate sweety malts, corn, toffeish notes, well marked grassy hops and late emerging hay. The mouthfeel is clean and quite smooth, the texture is quite watery. This medium bodied Festbier has a dry light bitter finish. Easy drinkable and pleasant, well in the middle of the pack !

Bottled. Yellow colour, mediumsized white head. Aroma is grass, saltwater and some hops. Flavour is bigtime grassy hops. Pleasant brew, but not very exciting.
