Carrying on the long and noble tradition of English and American pale ales, our Palindrome Pale Ale is substantially hopped, moderately bitter light copper ale. It begins with a zesty hop aroma that calls to mind citrus and pine. The bright spiciness of the hops continue to dance on the palate sip after sip. In the background, theres a solid structure of caramel malt sweetness keeping everything in balance but the Cascade and Centennial hops are the stars of the show.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a clear amber/copper. Decent head. Taste is hoppy. A little unbalanced. Yet fresh and lively. Not my favorite from the Vintage.

Clear copper color with a thin tan head and light lace. Smooth mouthfeel with a slight soapy feel and taste. Mild grapefruit flavor nicely balanced with biscuity malts. Ends full, sharp and slightly bitter in the finish.
