With a name like Pinnacle IPA, I expect it to be among the best I've ever had. My expectatations were not met. It pours a slightly hazed amber color with a white pillowy cap. The nose is detecting more malt than hops here, weak biscuit malt, some light nutty notes, and some floral hops. Mouthfeel is average. The flavor is on the malty side as well but the finish is bitter.

From a growler. Pours a hazy coppy with a white head. Aroma is floral, but a very slight sourness. Mouthfeel is very thin though. Could have more substance to it. Flavor is light with a very strong bitterness at the back. Probably the best beer they offer.

Pours reddish-brown with good clarity and a short, dense head. The aroma is clean and fresh, but quite weak in terms of hopiness by style. Considering the aroma, I was surprised by the pungency of pine in this beer's flavor. Deliciously hoppy with a bitter finish. Medium-bodied with mild carbonation.

Sampled on draft at Vinos. Pours copper with a lasting, thin white head and attractive lacing. Aroma is mild malt and aromatic American hops. Well-hopped with caramelized malts in the flavor. Medium-full body and moderately carbonated. A very drinkable IPA.
