"Breakfast Beer!" Whole Stein a coffee, oatmeal, milk porter. Sweet dark roasted malts, dark chocolate tanginess and lovely notes of oatmeal and molasses then finishes with a nice rich easy coffee flavor.

This breakfast beer from Wisconsin obtained in trade from phishpond. Pours a mahogany black with little head and some lacing. Little carbonation. Aromas of creamy coffee, slight cocoa, toasted malts, some nuttiness, and hops. Taste is smooth and creamy with a medium coffee and cream flavor with a slight almond and maltiness ending with slight hops bitterness. Thanks Travis for a very good porter. Another winner from Wisconsin.

Pours a dark creamy black colour with a medium tan head. Aroma is nutty, chocolate, soy, peanut butter on the nose. Flavors are semi sweet, milk, oatmeal and chocolate with a touch of brown sugar in the finish.

A fine breakfast creation from the folks at Viking. Pours a dark brown, almost black color with a peristent tan head. A roasted malt, mild coffee nose. Smooth, silky body, but somewhat lighter and thinner than I would have expected. A sharp, biting, wake up and smell the coffee flavor with a (not unpleasant) bitter alarm clock finish. Good Morning!
