A hazy dark golden beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes spices, wheat, barley, and cloves. The flavor is sweet with notes of wheat, cloves, and caramel, leading to a dry wheaty finish.

500 ml capped bottle. Poured in a Weissbier Vase an unfiltered and opaque golden-orange coloured Hefeweizen with a generous four fingers light beige and soapy foamy head that had a very long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Sustained carbonation. Some lacing. The aroma is wheat malts, spicy, cloves, fruity, citrus, bananas and a quite faint but noticeable barnyard. The flavour is wheat malts, light biscuits, aciditic fruits tones , citrus, spicy, cloves and strong grassy hops. The mouthfeel is round, quite thin and bitter. The texture is watery. This light to medium bodied Hefeweizen has a dry bitter finsih. A well-born Burgundy Hefeweizen, may be a step to high in the bitterness... for French drinkers !
