A honey porter brewed with Tom Pruyun, Brewmasters Cup winner at the 2018 Greg Noonan Memorial Homebrew Competition. We used honey from Stonyhill Sugarhouse and Apiaries in Fletcher, VT to compliment the dark malt character of this porter.

Had at the brewpub in April 22, 2019. Dark brown colour with light copper highlights, mocha-coloured foam with a ring that stays. Coffee nose over roasted malts and fruity hints. Thankfully the honey is light in the taste with more of the fruits, hints of licorice, roasted malts and a hoppy finish. The is surprisingly quite nice ! Lots going on in here.
