Purchased at the SAQ beside the Casino in Hull, Quebec. Pours a hazy golden colour with a white cap that is creamy, long-lasting and has nice lacing. Decent nose of spicy yeast found in witbiers. The taste is pretty much the same with notes of bananas and wheat in the finish. Medium-bodied with a little stickiness from the creaminess. Overall a nice easy-drinking hefe with decent mild spices.

Quite nice wheaty aroma with hints of bread and cookies. Color is medium yellow with nice white top. Taste is nicely bready and refreshing and round. Aftertaste is good a bit sourish and also refreshing and smooth.

    I wasn't talking to you.

500 ml bottle, bought in Edinburgh. Brewed by Park & Bellheimer AG since March 2005. ABV is 5.3%. Hazy pale golden colour, huge white head. Lovely hefeweizen aroma, the usual notes: cloves, banana, bubblegum. Soft moutheel, sweeter than many other h.w.s, moderate flavour of banana and cloves.
