500 ml capped bottle. Poured in the original Ustersbacher Seidla a clear and straw-yellow coloured Helles with a one finger slightly beige, dense and creamy foamy head that had a very long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Soft carbonation . Good lacing. The aroma is sweety malts, honey tones and grassy hops. The flavour is moderate sweety malts, light flowery tones, violet, herbs, honey and grassy hops. The mouthfeel is crispy, sparkling and light sticky. The texture is watery. This medium bodied Helles has a dry sweety finish. A decent and drinkable Helles from the Augsburger area in Bavaria.
