500 ml capped bottle. Poured in the original Ustersbacher tapered glass a clear and straw-yellow coloured Helles with a slightly beige and creamy foamy head that had a very long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Sustained carbonation. Good lacing. The aroma is faint sweety malts, a touch of straw and barnyard. The flavour is faint sweety malts and light hoppy bitter. The mouthfeel is light crispy and round. The texture is watery. This light bodied Helles has a dry light bitter finish. May be a Bavarian Helles, but a quite anonymous one !
