Cask conditioned at Mannings, Ipswich. Deep amber colour, pleasant aroma of red fruits. Flavour is malty and fruity with pronounced blackcurrants and blackberries. Dusty finish. Interesting beer!

Cloudy amber color and almost no head on the pour. Aroma was good - contained the base fruitiness of Ushers stock ale along with clean crisp rye notes. The body and mouthfeel of this beer was watery and weak. Flavor of rye was present but seemed a bit sourish and was watered down as well. I'd like to try this on tap as it smells like it has some promise. This bottle did not taste good in any regard.
