Poured a hazy golden color with a small white head that left no lacing on the glass. Aroma of white pepper, coriander, citrus fruits, yeast, straw, toffee, and some diactyl. Taste of more coriander and pepper, some citrus fruits, butterscotch, and Belgian yeast. Nicely carbonated.

cloudy pale orange colour, the initial head is reducing quickly leaving just few foam, pear and bread aroma, notes of grapefruit, lot of carbonation, moderate bitterness in a dry bready, malty and fruity finish - the little brother of la Fringante (same recipe with less alcohol ?)

This special Unibroue ale is only sold in Metro stores, in Quebec. It pours a hazy golden-beige colour with a big creamy white head. Aromas are spicy and yeasty like most Unibroue's, with a good sweetness. The taste is also very spicy with a smooth finish. Mild apple/orange aftertaste. Nothing too crazy, but very nice on a day like today, where I am sweating like a goat in heat. A very refreshing Belgian-style ale.

This is a clear yellow beer with a Very mild flavor. Nothing in it stands out particularly. Nothing bad, nothing great

Bottle from Jeannette metro. Poured a hazey straw color ...lots of big bubbles...natural carbonation....frothy head and good lace. Nose is of cloves over sweet caramel. Taste profile is so close to a heffeweiss Its hard to tell the difference except this brew has a more malt ponounced backbone and some apricot/pear cider tones to it in the finish and a warming feel from the 7% ABV...a nice lighter drink from Unibroue...I like this where I’m not too crazy about some of the heavier Uni ales, this one is tastey and light bodied enough to drink 3 of so....like a wit ot Raftman

Good belgian (almost witbier) ale from Unibroue. Very nice white golden color brew. Yes, I think everybody recognized in this beer a little of some of other Unibroue beers (i.e. 1837, Blanche de Chambly...). Even though, this is still a great beer with a generous head when pourred. The taste of coriander and spice is perfectly measured. I love this even though I had a hard time finding it in a Metro store.

Very clear yellowish color with a small white head. Bland lemon aroma. Watery and yeasty body. I am not a huge fan.

This brew has a surprisingly, very, very pale yellow body topped by a thick head with a good amount of lacing. The aroma is slightly fruity and grainy with a slight maltiness and a sour note. The flavor is slight fruity (apples) with a slight sweetness. There really isn't a whole lot of flavor here. Smooth and light bodied.
