The fine tuned balance of Persnickety Pale can be attributed to its complete Northwest ingredients. Chinook, Cascade, and Centennial Hops balance out the crisp caramel taste of the Washington grain.

Nice well balanced pale. Maybe a touch too much biscuit malt. Hops are fairly bright and lively if a little ivershadowed. Bitter in the finish. Grapefruit and biscuit.

Another solid beer in a can. There certainly is no shortage of these on the West Coast. Pours a copper colour. Small white head. Very creamy palate. Biscuit malts with clean fruity finish.
