Our gift to you for the holidays! A silky porter with medium bitterness, infused with fresh Honduran cold brew coffee provided by Poppa Bean Coffee Roastery. Even old St-Nic’s bright red nose can’t resist its mocha aromas while flavours of coffee, chocolate and dried fruit warm his rosy cheeks.

750ml from the brewer - thanks Nicolas! Pours a dark brown colour with ruby-amber highlights. The head fizzes at first, but end up staying a little longer than expected. Mocha-coloured with some nice creamy lacing. Beautiful aromas of freshly grounded coffee over hints of roasted malts and dark fruits. The taste is quite mild with a little coffee and roasted malts, but the hops seem to cover these up. Silky mouthfeel, but a little thin in the finish. Easy-to-drink though and coffee notes seem to linger stronger and stronger.
