With the continued effort of making beer with the best possible balance of flavour and drinkability meet 12 Swans. 12 Swans is a pale ale brewed and dry-hopped with Mosaic and Columbus. Mosaic is a standout hop for us - its prominent blue and red berry characteristics make it different. And different is good. Pouring a moderately hazy and bright yellow to gold colour, this pale ale has a full mouthfeel and soft carbonation with notes of blueberry, mango, melon and citrus on the nose. This follows through on the mouth with a slight, balanced bitterness that falls off for a clean finish. Ready for the next? Keep cold and drink fresh.
