KSBF 08 on tap. Light pour smallish head. Wheaty aroma. The flavor was light, floral with noticeable honey presence over a hay/wheat backbone. Pilsner like, but definitely wheaty. Not bad...crisp and refreshing.

Sampled at Princeton brewpub. A vibrant, clear gold with a thin white head. A fresh, wheaty aroma with a trace of sweetness. The first taste is a tad bitter, grainy but crisp, and finishes up nicely with a hint of sweet honey. An enjoyable brew that I wouldn't mind getting again.

Served at the Brewpub in Princeton. Clear, bright gold with great lace. Slightly phenolic aroma. Taste is clean, tart, and subtle. Finish is sweet from the honey. Enjoyable and good for its class.

Princeton, 04.29.04 Pours a pale gold, trace of a head, some lace. Grainy, fresh aroma. Some alcohol presence (!?) in this beer that the bartender called , "something for the Lite drinkers that come in here." Shockingly, this beer does not taste sweet, rather somewhat bitter, sweet/tart with a crisp, dry finish. Not bad, for what it’s worth.

Triumph Honey Wheat poured a medium golden colored body with a small white head (not too much lacing). The taste was more wheat but with a honey finish that rounded out the flavor.
