On tap at City Beer Store. The beer pours a light yellow-amber with a dissipating white head. The aroma is lightly hoppy with pine notes. There’s a fairly strong yeast/earth aroma that wasn’t all that incredible for me. The flavor was of a fairly generic hoppy pale ale. It didn’t really show off the hop varietal as well as an IPA or a DIPA would have, but it’s not a bad beer, really. The malt is lightly sweet with a touch of spice. There’s just really not enough going on to make me want more.
