Amber in colour...tastes like beer....mmmm beer. Seriously... this is a reasonably priced easy drinking beer. Not as subtle as euro style beers but personally most of them taste like watered down skank pee to me. Give me a beer with TASTE and to hell with the beer snobs.

What can I say, its a Pale Ale. It looks like one, it smells like one and it tastes like one. But in a warm Dubai that is OK, and it comes from far away, so who cares. (Dubai 201409)

On tap at Sydney airport, in a plastic cup. Served like all beers in Oz, too cold. Medium amber body under a thin white head. Not much aroma, grassy, mostly. Flavour was malts, grass and corn. Not all that bad, really. Average mouth.

It pours golden with fairly-thick dimpled white head and copious lace. An aroma of grainy malts, light hops, and some citrus. The mouthfeel is smooth and rich. Flavors of fresh malts, light hops, lemon and citrus, and some spice. One of the better lagers I've had ..

Pours with a pretty good head, B- lacing .. . has some nice subtle bitters, needs serious work though! .. .come on cueball .. .a muddled taste .. . i can see the mass appeal on summer days .. Australians talk funny ...

This is an Australian beer that pours a pale golden yellow with a frothy white head. The nose is grainy malt with a little bit of hops. The taste has the same grainy flavour, as well as an unlikeable acidic finish.

I havent had many aussie brews but this is one of the better ones. Sweet, honey malts, decent mouthfeel. Sweet malt flavor with a clean finish, overall a decent lager.

It has a pale yellow color with a frothy white head. The aroma is light with a grainy and hay like nose. The flavor has a bland cereal grain malt with some grassy hops. A thin body lively carbonation and a clean finish make it very drinkable and refreshing. For a pale lager it's about what you would expect but for over 5 bucks for a 12 oz. bottle at the Outback Steakhouse, its way over priced.

This one poured a clear golden color with a firm white head. It had little aroma with a malty flavor consisting mostly of a grainy presence. This was your typical pale lager.

Sampled from bottle: Poured a clear orange golden colour with a small white head. Aroma is a little grainy and remiscent of corn flakes, taste is typical pale lager style, moderately malty with a prevalent corn flavored finish.

The aroma is typical of a pale lager with some skunk in the aroma and some grain but seems rather fresh. The appearance is a crisp, golden yellow with a full head on that is white. The mouthfeel is light with moderate complexity and a bit thin. The flavor surprised me and had hardly any skunk present and even is a bit creamy with a nice, wet finish. Overall, not as bad as I thought and typical of a pale lager. It is a very smooth lager as well.
