When first launched many years ago this "brew" was popular as it was one of the few light beers around in Oz. Trouble was it tasted foul. Really Foul. That alcohol free "beer" that you get in a supermarket tastes better.

Ah Fosters. The Aussie beer that no aussies actually drink. Not too bad though. Simple crisp taste. Easy to drink. A good beer to have with asian food as it isn't overpowering. Not bad.. not great.

Not too bad a drop but the after taste for some reason tastes funny to me. Not my beer of choice but at least it has some flavour. Much better on tap than bottled in my opinion... esp. ICE COLD.

Only scored so high due to Value rating. To me for some reason tastes better from the can rather than a bottle. Definately not a high quality beer but at $30 for a 30pk of cans it becomes a little tastier. Not a strong bitter but still has a little bite to it. Only 4% alcohol... used to be closer to 5% many years ago... don't know why it changed. It is a great beer to take to a party or BBQ (esp. in cans) as no-one else will touch it :)

Amber in colour...tastes like beer....mmmm beer. Seriously... this is a reasonably priced easy drinking beer. Not as subtle as euro style beers but personally most of them taste like watered down skank pee to me. Give me a beer with TASTE and to hell with the beer snobs.
