I guess (and sales seem to indicate) that this beer has it's place in the market. However, I don't imagine that too many real beer drinkers are going to be drinking it by choice. Quite, a dry lager, and in this case, dry means little flavour. The beer aims to be sessionable, and I guess for some it may be, but I found it didn't leave me begging for another mouthful. The beer does achieve what I guess it set out to. It is very easy drinking, but still has some beer flavour, and so I guess for that it should be commended. In fact, whilst this is a beer that I don't drink much, I'm sure that it is a beer that converts loads of young drinkers, and occasionally older non-beer drinkers to beer. It is quite easy to handle, for those not used to the bitterness of beer, esp. in the more flavoursome ales, and so has it's place attracting new drinkers to our special Elixir..Infact, I'm sure growing up that this was one of the first beers that I could drink more than one of.

Another Auusie pale lager served too cold to. Why do they do that? A thin white head capped a body that was almost a dark gold. Grassy aroma, maybe some malt. Flavour was nondescript, sweet. Average mouth for the style, bland finish.

Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is hops and malts. Flavour is hayish, grassy and big hoppiness in finish. Quite good, and also very dry. This one I could drink again actually, will need to try it on a hot summer day.

I must state at the outset I'm no fan of the dry-beer concept. It aligns heavily with the ready-to-drink market...all marketing style and no substance. I can't help but think of beer-flavoured soda water when I drink one of these, and then only under sufference. For serious beer tasters & drinkers, I do not recommend this beer. However, if you like standing around a trendy pub, paying attention to things other than what you're ingesting, then go for it.

Boy, wasted my money on this stuff...$15 for 6? Freaking scam. Of course it is "Cold filtered for a clean crisp taste". Too bad it doesn't promise value. This beer was boring as hell. Dumped into glass. Weak gold colour. Ok head. No lacing. Smelt a bit of malts. Grassy. zzzzzzzzzzz. Dry tasting brew. Sweet. Fresh. Smooth mouthfeel. Empty. Had to drink 5 more. Very very slambackable.

Bottle. Golden colour, slim white head. Slightly skunky aroma. Sweetish taste. Moderate carbonation. Unpleasant mouthfeel. Drinkable while very cold, therefore better than some; still crap though.

a dull watery beer. not avaible on tap. makes me feel a bit ill after one, froths up too much, too many preservatives. a big seller though sort of like a corona - good marketing and "cool" reputation. idiots ! ill let you decide beerios !
