This Dortmund-style golden "export" lager balances pilsner malt and noble hops almost completely evenly. It's smooth, yet crisp and refreshing, with grainy sweetness and hoppy dryness playing off each other all the way through the finish. To make it, I had to add three salts, including a pinch of table salt, to our brewing water to mimic the water used in Dortmund, Germany. This is a hard style to find, especially this fresh, so stop by for a pint or two!

Wow. This is one of the few beers from Titletown that I missed in the last 3 years, and finally got to try it this past weekend. Several times. Pours a orangeish golden colour with lots of carbonation. medium size white head. Aroma is hoppy, malted and honey like. Taste is incredible. An amped up version of the Dort, definately not typical to the style but well hopped, fresh, semi sweet malt, and floral. Best brew from Titletown in 2011.

Poured a clear amber color with a thin head. Mild grainy aroma with a nice flavor with suprisingly noticeable hops. Not typical to style, but I liked it. Balanced finish.
