This is our lighter flavored lager style beer. This beer, unique from our brewery, has a remarkably clear and fresh body. It is an excellent alternative to the lighter Canadian style beers.

This has one thing going for it. It's fresh as it's brewed on premise. Overall this is a pretty good Canadian pale lager in the style of Labatt blue or OV. You can only purchase this beer on tap or in bottles at the brewpub located in Windsor, Ontario. I'm not sure how to judge it however. Should it be judged against all other craft beers? If so it fairs poorly. If it is judged in it's style of pale lager (not lager as it is labelled here) then it is far above the mass produced swill. Don't be fooled though, it is still mostly flavourless swill just done slightly better, fresher and cheaper than the other guys. I wouldn't pass it up though as it's cheap on tap if you go the right night.

This is the only beer brewed by Timeout Brewing but it is very well done. It is crisp and refreshing to drink and very pure. There are definately hops present but they are far from overpowering. It can be easily compared to many Canadian-style lagers but I would definately take this over any of the main stream brews like Molson. All in all a very enjoyable experience to drink. Also an added bonus is that the brewmaster makes slight changes every batch so there is always something new to discover. Definately worth at least one bottle to try but I will be making this a part of my full time rotation.
