This is made in windsor in a small microbrewery and you can tell that they take pride in their beer. It is a very consistent product bottle after bottle. It is better than your average lager and winner of many awards. It is crisp, refreshing, and the bitterness is perfectly strong. This beer is part of my regular rotation because it is always a pleasure to drink.

This was my first foray into bottle fermented ale and I hope they will all be as good as this one. The best way to describe this beer is simply excellent. It is strong and very flavorful but not overpowering. Some exciting hop bitterness and an absolute pleasure to drink.

This is my all time favorite beer. It is easy to drink but also provides a very enjoyable drink for the more experienced beer drinker. Some complain of it being called an IPA and it certainly is one of the weakest IPA's out there in terms of bitterness but that doesn't make it bad. It is an extremely enjoyable beer from start to finish and never gets old. A must drink for anyone who has yet to try it.

Thsi is a very flavorful beer and a must for any fan of ales. It is a beer meant to sit back and enjoy sip by sip. It is best enjoyed by allowing it to sit on your pallate and absorb the rich flavor. It is a full bodied beer and great until the last drop.

This is the only beer brewed by Timeout Brewing but it is very well done. It is crisp and refreshing to drink and very pure. There are definately hops present but they are far from overpowering. It can be easily compared to many Canadian-style lagers but I would definately take this over any of the main stream brews like Molson. All in all a very enjoyable experience to drink. Also an added bonus is that the brewmaster makes slight changes every batch so there is always something new to discover. Definately worth at least one bottle to try but I will be making this a part of my full time rotation.
