Taps clear golden amber with a good beige head that leaves generous lacing. Aroma produces fruity, raw malt and resiny hop tones. Flavor delivers piney hops, sweet and slightly tart fruit - stonefruit, citrus, tropical - crisp malt and, is that a hint of butterscotch? Texture yields firm, smooth body and lively fizz. Give 'em the bird.

Clear orange, off-white lacing foam. Strong hoopy aroma and bitter taste with citrus notes. Long aftertaste. Quite a nce beer, but should not be overrated. (Velp 201512)

Bottled 6/10/2015, so 1 month old. Pours a golden amber color with thick, two finger white head that leaves some sporadic lacing on the glass. Tropical fruit, a little citrus and sweet malt on the nose. Juicy Fruit gum it what it reminds me of. The tropical fruit on the initial taste, quickly followed by sour citrus notes and firm malt background. Ample carbonation. An interesting take on an APA. Glad FFF is so close to me, as I get a chance to try many of their offerings.

Sampled on draft at Hopkeaf, Chicago. Pours clear copper with an adequate head and very nice lacing. Subtle c-hop and bready malt aroma. Quite mild compared to the zombie dust I just sampled. Not very aggressive with the flavor hops. A milder take on an APA. Bitterness does linger. More first addition hops. Good dose of crystal malt. Good beer. Should have tried it before the zombie dust hop bomb.
