355 ml bottle, from Vinmonopolet Vika. ABV is 4.8%. Hazy orange-brown colour, moderate head, slightly off-white. Aroma of wood, resin, smoke and ashes, hints of caramel. The flavour has first some malty sweetness with caramel, but ends dry and ashy. Quite moderate resinous hops. Hints of smoke. Drinkable, but not something I’ll buy again.

Strong, malty aroma has an undertone of bread and a subtle caramel note. It pours a nice clear cinnamon brown with a pale tan head that does not stick around too long. Flavor has a malty core with notes of bread and caramel and just a hint of cloves, lip-smacking and enjoyable, if not spectacular. Texture is smooth and a little fizzy, finish is a bit weak. Overall, worthy of at least a try.

This poured a copper color with a white head. The aroma contains some biscuit deal and citrus. The flavor is rather sweet and malty with some citrus present. Not bad for a kind of dull style.
