In our Solo Session Series we feature a different hop with each brew. For 2014 we're featuring Amarillo, Simcoe, and Nelson. Each of these brews uses only one hop through out the brew and dry hopping schedules. They are full flavor with a tad bit less alcohol. Alc/Vol: 5%

I see these more as IPAs given how ridiculously they are hopped, but they've gotten classed as APAs due to the 5%. Either way, this version was among the hoppiest session ales I've ever had. Wonderfully vibrant and aromatic, light feel without being watery. I'd say refreshing, but the ruinous amount of hops tempers that a bit. Lovely beer :)
