Style: Fresh Hop Pale Ale ABV: 5.4 Malts: Pale, Munich, caramel Hops: Cascade IBU: 56.4 A good friend of ours Mr. Polley has decided to get into the hop business. so we made a single hop pale ale to try out his newest crop and see what we think. Taking a back seat to what we normally do, we decided to make a very simple, but delicous beer. This turned out to be a very nice, sessionable, pale ale that has a wonderful bouquet of fresh hops. It has a smooth bitterness that highlights the flavors of these hops.
