    Was not that much into this. Said "Sour Saison" but more of a saison with a sour flavor..if that makes sense. Not sure if kept too long or would have been better fresh. It was drinkable...just not quite the flavor and texture as I expected. Wanted to support the collaboration between Terrapin and Coppertail, one of the local-ish breweries in Tampa.. I'll consider it a donation.

    Pours a hazy, barely translucent apricot with a thick and fairly persistent white head that leaves good lacing. Strong, fruity aroma has yeasty and sour hints plus a bit of malt. Sour, woody, and fruity notes make a nice flavor trinity, with a malty undertone. Creamy texture has some good fizz. For the free spirit within us all!

    Medium amber gold pour, tight head, some lacing. Light fruity aroma, very light funkiness and yeasts, sweet malts. Flavor is very slightly funky too, ripe citrus fruits, a touch of honeysuckle and floral.

    A dark golden color with a white head. Aroma is citrus, brown sugar, spices. Flavor is a bit dry with caramel, citrus, yams, brown sugar. Finish is clean with some alcohol and spices. Overall nice beer.
