Nothing rocks out like this brew. Amber colored, German styled maibock. Our maltiest concoction but with balanced hop bitterness and aroma, making a brew which will will warm your bones in the Winter, and excite your senses in the Spring. Cheers!

Taps translucent honey with a thick beige head. Aroma presents fruity, sweet fresh malt and caramel tones. Flavor yields fresh malt, woody hops, stone fruit and caramel notes, a mouth full of spring. Texture features firm body and perky fizz. Rock on!

Draft with dinner again shadowed by the Choo-Choo. Nice amber-orange almost clear color with a nice white head and ample lacing. Sweet malts, a touch of caramel and ripe fruits in the aromas. Good call by Clash with the pineapple in the taste because it is present along with sweet malts, some caramel, and some hops bitterness. A good Bock for Spring.

This poured a cloudy orange color with a generous white head. The aroma is fruity with some citrus and other tropical fruits. Caramel is also present. The flavor is rather sweet but also has a hint of bitterness. I taste some caramel and alot of fruit flavors like orange and pineapple. The finish is slightly bitter. Overall a nice beer.
