Another seasonal/specialty draft I had at TBBC. Poured a dark brown color with a thin tan head that dissipates quickly. The smell is all smoke, as you get used to that, roasted malt and sweetness are present. The flavor is complex as well. More smokiness, malty sweetness and a good dose of mild hop bitterness. The finish is smoky and lightly bitter. This is a very interesting and still drinkable beers. Described by my server as 'like a hoppy rauchbier' - bang on description. Very well done, I hope it makes it into the regular line up.
