Tabernash Maibock is brewed in the style of Germany's seasonal Bock beers. A classic bottom-fermenting lager yeast is used., fermented at cold temperature. The is followed by a seven week cold conditioning period which gives our maibock a very clean, crisp character. The malty flavor and pale color are characteristic of springime bock beers. Tabernash Maibock is very worthy of being enjoyed with the arrival of spring.
