500 ml capped bottle. Poured in the original Svijany beer mug an unfiltered amber-orange coloured Bock with a three fingers pillowy white creamy foamy head that had a very long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Soft carbonation. Great lacing. The aroma is flowery hops, solid malts, notes of honey and alcohol. The flavour is sweet malts, biscuits, flowers, violet, fresh hops, at the end of the sip emerged notes of sweety caramel. The mouthfeel is round. This medium to full bodied Bock has a dry bitter finish. I like the warming up sensation of the Helles Bock.
