Get Xtra Surly You’d think hops in the bright sunshine would make us happy, but you’d be wrong. It just makes us Xtra-Surly. This bright colored session ale Xplodes with Citra hop flavor and aroma, in a deliciously drinkable brew. Put your shades on, and enjoy an Xtraordinarily bright beer Xperience! OK, enough with the X’s. We promise. This sessionable, low ABV Pale Ale’s flavor and aroma are driven by Citra hops. Expect refreshing tropical, citrusy hop notes with a pleasant bitterness & body.

Clear golden color with a small white head. Aromas of grapefruit, lemon and lime. Grapefruit leads the flavor parade, followed by lemon and some bready malt that helps balance out what could have been a one-sided affair. Clean and refreshing. Extremely drinkable. Craft light beer taken to another level. As someone who generally likes heavier IPA's and IIPA's, this beer is confusing and wonderful at the same time. I could easily drink a bunch on these on a hot summer afternoon/night. Surly has made me a believer when it comes to sessionable ales.
