This batch of Honeydrop is very small and we decided to change up the recipe a bit. As you may have noticed, we pretty much never use crystal malt in any of our hoppy beers, ever. Some might even say we are opposed to it. But once every 5 years or so we get a craving for a copper coloured hoppy beer with some crystal malt character and we decided to satisfy that craving here. Dry hopped with Citra and Idaho 7 Cryo
