Another mediocre-poor beer from Sun Valley. Pours a dirty gold with a fizzy white head that rapidly fades. Aroma is mildly sweet and malty with a hint of graininess. Taste is pretty bland with the graininess again peeking through. Really not that much different than your standard pale lager.

My beer doesn't look like the others. Go figure. Brew is quite hazy and gold going brown with a small white cap that fades to a ring. Leaves some small slippery spotty lacing. Aroma is very interesting and I will have to say that I've never smelt anything like this before. Kinda powerdery, bready malts, vanilla, odd and very fruity hops - nectarine?? blueberries?? I dunno. Maybe a fruit with more of a nutty quality. Taste is also bizzare. Bready / grainy malts, there's that odd sweet nutty fruit again. Too bad it's on the watery side - a letdown after smelling my glass. Has a zippy hop taste or it is aftertaste? How odd. Thin mouthfeel, tiny carb bubbs and lots of them on the swish, finishes zippy but watery. Has a quickly fading aftertaste of, well, nothing. Very unique brew. I recommend getting this just for it's interesting mix of qualities.

The 2nd Sun Valley beer that was brought back from a recent trip to ID. The aroma was really bready and fruity. Very enticing nose. Appearance was clear yellow with a nice head. Mouthfeel was soft and round, light and refreshing. The beer had a nice hoppy bite that matched well with the sweet malts making this one really excellent session beer.

Light gold, medium head. Light bodied lager, mild taste. Slightly sweet malts, mild hops. Smooth flavor. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is smooth and clean. Aftertaste is slightly malty, slightly bitter. Nice mild tasting beer. Interesting flavor.
