Pours clear topaz with a thick and fairly persistent ivory head. Aroma yields resiny hops, raw malt, and tangy citrus and tropical notes. Flavor delivers resiny hops, sweet and slightly tart citrus and tropical fruit, and zesty raw malt. Texture features so-so body but fair fizz. If not divine, still fit for a thirsty beer lover.

Picked this up on a recent road trip to Indianapolis. Canned on Aug 18th. Clear amber color with a small off white head that leaves some decent lacing. Strong grassy aroma, with some bready malt and faint hops. Tastes as it smells, with the grassiness leading the flavors. The malt comes in second with some drying earthy hops on the finish. The choice of hops in this beer are quite bland and uninteresting, IMHO. It's more of an old school APA, before some of the more fragrant and flavorful hops that are available today. Not bad, but just above average.

16 oz can. Pours clear golden orange with a creamy white head that retains well and leaves some lacing.
The aroma is sweet biscuity malts with some earthy, fruity hops.
The flavor is biscuity malts with some spicy grassy hops and a little fruit. The mouthfeel is medium to full bodied with smooth carbonation.
Overall, OK biscuity pale ale with decent hops. -

91st percentile on RB...gotta admit, I'm not feeling that. This was an average pale at best. Did absolutely nothing to stand out and even seemed like it was dirty malty enough to not be suoer fresh. Decent bittering and floral hops, but no follow through.

Had this at the brewery and also in a tall boy can. Pours a nice copper orange color. Aroma of citrus, hops, and pine. Really nice pale ale, smooth and refreshing.
