Bottled@Monks Café, Sveavägen (during Summer 2010). Hazy yellowish golden colour, small white hea. Aroma is wheat, quite much citrus fruits, mild bready notes as well as some slight spicy notes. Flavour is being quite much the same in a rather refreshing way.

Pours a hazy yellow with a creamy white head. Aroma is banana, lemon, and bubblegum. Taste is sweet, mostly banana and bubblegum coming through. I don't like bananas or bubblegum so this beer just doesn't do it for me--that's why I try to stay away from the style.

Pours a nice hazy golden color with a decent white head. Nice lacing around my glass. Aroma of citrus and wheat. Taste of orange and banana in the flavor. Overall a decent beer.

Well, my Summit Summer Sampler is officially finished, Autumn has well established itself and it's good to know that I am still able to enjoy a crisp Hefe. This one is decent although it drives down the middle of the road. Banana aroma with a sour/tart apple scent along with some vanilla. Cloudy mustard yellow color with a 1/2" head and mild lacing. Decent mouth feel, light in body with a funky aftertaste. It seems a touch thin. Sharp, tart banana flavor with clove and vanilla. Dry and thin, grainy wheat with some underlying pears to boot. Probably a better beer with a few fresher months on it, bit I did enjoy it for what it offered.

I tried this beer a couple of times , very good the first time i tried it had a banana aroma too and tasted very fresh. I tried again a few months later and was not pleased . Maybe the first batch was fresher, would be good on tap im convinced .

I had the Summit Hefe Weizen on tap at the Grey Lodge in Philadelphia. It poured a hazy golden color with a pleasant sweet floral aroma. The taste was a slight bit citrus, minor sweetness, but a definite note of banana. Overall very good. Summit has won me over.

A really light Weiz beer. I thought it had some nice color though. Little head when poured.

Great beer on Tap. Very light tasting and hoppy with a touch of lemon. It was hot the day I had this and it hit the spot perfect.
