Clear copper, off-white lacing foam head. OK in aroma, light caramel, some floral noes. Strange in taste, the beer is not completed looks like it. (Velp 201510)

330 ml swing-top bottle. Poured in a stemmed glass a crystal clear and amber-copper coloured Bock with a one finger beige foamy head that had a short retention and many micro bubbles. Low carbonation. No lacing. The aroma is caramel malts and brown sugar. The flavour is caramel malts, sugary and a fruity touch, riped apples. The mouthfeel is sweety, sugary and sticky. The texture is oily. This medium bodied Bock has a dry malty and sugary-sticky finish. A massive sugar add to rise up the ABV is far not enough to brew a pleasant Bock.
