A Dark & Smokey Weiss - A classic German-style Kirschholzgeräucherterdunkelweizen. Just kidding! As far as we know, there’s no such thing as a classic Kirschholzgeräucherterdunkelweizen. Ric found some incredible cherrywood-smoked malt and used it for a German-style dark wheat ale. It’s one of the neatest beers we’ve’ ever made.

Jan. 2010 - Had on tap at Stewarts. I couldn’t drink it. It tasted like a bacon flavored band-aid. It was really bad. But, I give Stewarts props...I took it back to the bar and told them I couldn’t drink it and they gave me another beer for free. So, that’s that.
