The Projekt serves as a platform for the hop intrigued. The core of the beer, a light malt sweetness and mild bittering will stay as a backbone for flavour. In Batch 0003 Hull Melon and Jarrylo are used imparting a fruity aroma with notes of strawberry, banana, honeydew and orange.
